“Very good substitute for cigarettes”

“The actual e-pen worked well, but the blended tobacco cartridge tastes of vanilla, its so bad I can`t smoke it. Vype needs to make a cartridge that doesn`t taste sweet.”

“I would like to say that the vype product had stopped me from smoking from the new year till now.I only use my vype account to order refills and have been disappointed with quite a few refills either leaking or the vapour actually being drawn up through the neck into my mouth I have actually phoned yourselves and left a message but no one has called me back.the actual pens are slightly shabby now after six months or so and will soon need replacing hoping this will help. Mr NICHOLSON”

“Tips last hardly one day! Great udea for rechargeable cig and case, good tasting liquid but only last a day and I smoke 10 cigs a day at most. Not good for the money at all.”

“Flavours not as full as they could be . Refills too expensive for more than a casual user . The draw is a little tight and battery lasts around 9 hours.”

“unfortunately I have to say very poor because they gave me headaches and made me feel sick and it produced no taste whatever flavour I used and one last thing no matter what setting you have it on low or high it just burns like the bridge of your mouth that's all I have to say about that.”

“Generally an excellent e cigarette with a really easy cartridge swap and a long lasting battery on both the ecig and the vape. Only one cartridge has not worked which I am in the process of returning and I'm looking forward to new flavours coming out soon. Would recommend as an easy way to quit smoking.”

“EXCELLENT PRODUCT. THE ONLY ONE THAT HAS HELPED ME STOP SMOKING. IT GIVES THE SIMILARITY AND FEEL OF AN ACTUAL CIGARETTE WHICH HAS BEEN THE MOST HELPFUL FOR ME WITH THE VYPE E-STICK. SUPERB.”

“One thing I find is important with electronic cigarettes is consistency of quality. Vype does not offer good consistency in quality of their products. I find that some of the refills give no throat hit and burn out within a day of use whereas some refills are perfectly fine. The tips which do offer good quality I would give a five star rating however the inconsistency makes the product not worth the money, especially when half of the refills do not work properly. The general design of both the epen and estick are good and innovative and I would give a four star rating to that. The customer service is first class and vype have always offered me replacement refills for the ones which havnt worked however, for me, I should not need to worry about that. Overall the product is good when it works and customer service is excellent but the amount of faulty refills I have received has severely let down the entire experience for me and I shan't be continuing much longer with them unles I start receiving more consistent results. Sorry vype!”

“I wish i could purshace the refills at more outlets and my doctor said it was safe to use however besides them 2 points im very happy with it,charging is easy and changing tip is simple”
