“Excellent for getting off the cigarettes, only problem I have had so far is with the mint ones, not able to use whole capsule as it chucks out liquid when a third from bottom. Apart from that- superb!”

“Good, but sometimes struggle trying to switch it back on after a period of inactivity. The plan was to use this and eventually give up smoking cigarettes. The reality is, it's just like the others I've tried and I still find myself struggling to kick the habit of 'real' cigs. At least it hasnt leaked like other I've had in the past. 4/5”

“I use the epen and think it is great. I used to be a social smoker on a night out and have not smoked since September 2014 now I use the epen.”

“Found it had no taste and made my mouth dry, have used better. This is disapointing because of the amount of places you can buy the cartridges, hate having to wait on delivery from other suppliers.”

“I have been using these products for a few months now, and the one time I had an issue with a product being dead on arrival they quickly sourced a courier to do a swop & drop for a working unit very impressive! Nothing but positive feedback from me!”

“Quality of refills varies, some last longer than others. Very variable . Not enough places stock them and they are only reasonably priced when you order online for the 5+1 free. Too pricy in shops”

“Overall an excellent product and when my vype broke the customer service was second to none. My only issue is an occasional leaky cartridge, that said I have not had a cartridge be completely unusable and they leak far less that two of your competitors.”
