“The starter pack as a package is good, the fact that you don't have to recharge the e-cig every day or so. However, as I smoke roll ups, I found it difficult to get a consistant draw, It might be me! but I will probably continue with an ecig of some description.”

“Great idea. But the cartridges don't last very long or give a good enough hit. And if one takes a longer pull.(to get a better hit).The vype burns either the top or bottom lip, depending on it position in the month, at that time. So the vype would work great for someone who's never been a big smoker, or has smoked mild cigarettes. But for me, it doesn't quite hit the spot.”

“I saw a Vype starer kit on offer in a supermarket & bought one a whim. A heavy smoker for many years I was surprised, & delighted, to find that my ecig replaced roll-ups immediately. I haven't smoked since. It's easy & fast to buy online from Vype. They send refill tips very quickly & sell cheaper than supermarkets. Tobacco flavour doesn't really taste like tobacco, it's mild, but it's quite pleasant & I don't mind. I recommend ecigs to smokers & Vype is very convenient.”

“The e cigs are amazing and the battery lasts a very long time! It's saved me so much hassle when refilling by simply unscrewing your old cap and replacing it with a new one that comes in very professional packaging! I have found the ecig is very strong and hardwaring. Also I never have any leaks.its great”

“It is a very good pen. The only thing is that the liquid that you get with the pen as a first time user wasn't very nice which made mine and my partner first time experience of using the pen not a great experience. It was very harsh. Maybe next time or the company should consider, giving you or the customer the option to choose a flavour that they would like to experience for the first time when using the pen. So its not so much of an off put. But the mechanics of the pen is brilliant so easy to use....love it.????”

“This is an easy to use service, shopping by post. It is much simpler than getting in the car and driving to Bar Hill Cambridge Tesco store. At Tesco the shop store never seems to have Vype behind the shutters, so it is then back to car and rive to their Petrol store where they have some of the range.....it's all a bit "hit and miss".”

“I've tried both the original tobacco and cherry flavors and neither flavors were that enjoyable. The lack of a low level nicotine option is also a little disappointing. But otherwise I can't fault the ePen, it's very well designed, simple to refill, has a long battery life and is definitely the best e-cig I've tried thus far. But please sort out the taste and create a lower level nicotine option.”

“I use the epen and it's great. However you guys really need to produce a lot more flavours. That's the only reason why you will loose customers as your competitors have loads of liquids to choose from. I'm really excited to try your new flavours but a menthol flavour would do really well. And more fruit flavours too like strawberry, kiwi, grape (mmmmmm that would be so nice). Other than that I love it and I am hopeful that I will quit cigarettes completly for good.”
