“Very easy to use . I have had a leak with the crisp mint capsule so had to get rid of that one and replace it with another new one . Couldn't figure out why it was leaking through the mouthpiece . Also when in my handbags the button sometimes gets pressed while not being used which causes the vype to get hot . Is there away that the button can be locked while not in use ( safety device) apart from that I'm happy with the vype.”

“I would give vype 5 stars if you could get more flavours and if the refill ecaps were the same price in the shops has they are online, I've been on the vype nearly 6week now and not had one cigarette, I have tried other ecigs but not lasted has long has what I have on vype.”

“The product is good but I find that When the liquid gets warm and you tilt your pen it leaks and is very vile when touching your mouth, I think the refills a expensive with sainsuburys charging £7.99”

“Not had a traditional cigarette since I started using this in January 2015. I used to smoke 30 a day - every day! I am delighted, never thought I could do it. I didn't leave a 'very good' because I got a batch that was leaking and lots of condensation - but I have to say, when I contacted customer services they were replaced. Excellent customer service which is really good news!”

“My husband and I both started using vype e pen in January 2015. It is the first e cig that we have managed to stick to. This is due to ease of use (no filling) and the fact that we can buy the cartridges either from Vype itself and quite a few outlets in the marketplace. We both feel much healthier and have saved a great deal of money.”

“I am giving just one star because customer service is so poor.Item is designed good,but my case didn't charge ecig battery when not connected with charger. I was using Vype from 30.4.2015 to 7.5.2015 still wrestling with empty battery. I wrote to customer support about problems and got back automated reply with id ticket LVP-20224 promising some contact from their agent, but nothing ever happened.So,don't waste money,they don't care after purchase at all.Now I'm using JAC Vapour products with full satisfaction. Frank”

“Vypes are the best alterative cigarette. Stylish design and satisfying to use. Battery charging is quick and once charged last a long time. Really pleased new flavours are being developed. Feel really confident in the company and their products.”
