“The order was dispatched within the 3 days specified so I was happy with the service. However, on the webpage when I placed my order it stated that with every order of 5 packs of tip refills a sixth would be sent free. I ordered 10 packs and so expected 2 free packs, which I didn't get. This will not prevent me from ordering again however, as overall the service was very good.”

“Overall, I am reasonably happy with Vype but I was disappointed that the strength of e liquid I wanted to order was/ is still out of stock. The first time I called, I was informed that it would be back in stock at the end of August. So I waited until then, but when I called back I was then told that the liquid would be back sometime in September. In the end I gave in and ordered the e liquid with the lower strength. I have yet to try it, so I cannot say whether I am satisfied or not which this option.”

“Very compact. Storage/Charge box no bigger than a pack of cigarettes and as well as keeping eCig charged also has storage for two spare cartomizers.”

“Of all the E-Cigs I have tried, mostly definitely the best in regards to smoothness and sleekness, least time consuming with e liquids etc, much easier and efficient. Only issue I have is turning on and off, sometimes I struggle and get frustrated, would use this at ever opportunity if there was an on/off switch alternative to the 3press option which also controls the level of Cape - other than that 10 out of 10”

“Have tried various other e liquid cigarettes but the vype is by far the best. No messing with filling up, stands up easily but can lay it down which you can't do with the others because they leak whereas the vype does not. So easy to change refill. Looks stylish too. Purchasing refills on line easy, convenient and so quick.”

“I just feel the max 18mg doesn't have enough nicotine kick for me but it helps me cut down, not sure about completely giving up. Some more flavours please. How about espresso?”

“So easy to use. Virtually no leakage from the ePen. Flavour range great. Vape is consistently good with no variation. Good choice of nicotine content too. It is a brilliant thing and the thought of smoking a cigarette is a thing of the past for me now!”

“I made the switch from cigarettes to Vype 2 weeks ago and I am really impressed. This is a quality product and I have been pleasantly surprised by how long the refills last as well as how long the battery goes on for from a single charge. My main motivation to switch was as a cost saving exercise but I didn't think the saving would be so great.”
