“E tank is a great product, easy to use and a rich and enjoyable experience, like it says in the advert! I actually prefer it to tobacco cigarettes and haven't used anything else since receiving it 8 weeks ago!”

“Great idea having a self charging unit with the Estick. Like the flavour and the kick but the stick tips don't last very long and therefore it's quite an expense to buy them so frequently. Have you thought about loyalty points ? Not sure if I can afford these in the longterm.”

“I have the e-stick. Really like the product. The portable charger is great and I've had no problems so far. Would like the variety pack of tips to be 4 different flavours though not the 2 + tobacco it currently is as I'd like the option of a change now and then but as I'm not a heavy user I don't buy multiple packs in one go.”

“I was smoking between 20 to 25 hand rolled cigarettes per day. I have been smoking for about 34 years now with a brief 2.5 year break in 1999. I suffer from multiple health problems which end up with endless stress and anxiety, so the occasional ciggy has been a must. I thought about the VYPE e-pen for a few weeks before purchasing one at the local pharmacy. I do like the "Dark cherry" flavour refills and have found myself now using them all the time. I now have one "real" cigarette first thing in the morning and that's pretty much it! With a little patience after the evening meal and my VYPE in hand, I find I have cut down from the enormously expensive and smelly tobacco to a maximum of two a day. And that's almost instantly. With the VYPE, you just don't want a "real" cigarette. The only thing I have noticed is I now have a very loose smokers cough. I hope this is just the switch to a vapour from pure smoke. My sense of taste and smell are slowly returning to near normality. I'm now well on the way to being a non-smoker. This is honestly the best e-cigarette I have tested and the results are amazingly swift.”

“I would say in the whole the service is very good but one criticism I have is that I ordered some flavours recently on a Friday and paid for next day delivery (this was important as I was going away on the Monday) I received an email telling me that the delivery will be on the Tuesday as the Monday was a bank holiday! Really annoying as Saturday is a working day for the delivery companies This aspect of service could be better explained at time you order.”

“I've been looking for a no spill e cig for a while and one that doesn't use a cotton wick which leaves a horrible burning taste in your mouth. The vype epen was a great purchase, plus with it being from the prestigious British American Tobacco you can't really go wrong.”
