“Online purchase was OK although delivery seemed to take longer than normal. Tried twice to set up a subscription but failed both times even with phone help.”

“I was a customer of Vype back in 2014 and used the first variation of the estick and made the mistake of attempting to upgrade. Since then I have been a customer of ejoy, smok and a few other well known brands. Yet, I found myself thinking that actually, I miss the Vype feel that helped me quit smoking in the first place. I bought the Estick Maxx and have been using that for the past few weeks and the only flaw I found is that I use it too much. I have now upgraded to the Epen 3 and am awaiting delivery. Vype were my first choice of ecig and after being lured away by big names and expensive machines I return full of excitement to see what Vype are going to do next!”

“Epen is simple to use, no need to change wick or all that jazz just screw cap on n go, would be nice if vype could do more with the 0mg flavours as they dont really feel like your inhaling anything, but 6mg is the sweetspot, i recommmend”

“Unsure why some people are saying the pods only last a day. They must vape a lot. I’ve had my epen 3 for 2 weeks now and i’m only on my 2nd pod. I use it several times a day when the craving hits & so far have stayed off the cigarettes. I also like the design as you can carry it in a pocket/bag without worrying it will spill, which i’ve Had issues with before with tanks. Fantastic product.”

“I have been using the pod for some time now but not to happy with not being able to see if any liquid is left inside as the device contents cannot be seen also they do not last very long.”

Hi Keith, thank you for your review. When the ePen 3 pods are empty, the light on the device will blink a pinkish/white colour. This will let you know the pod requires changing. Each pod offers approximately 200 puffs. This can last between 1-3 days depending on use. With more intense use, this will likely be 1-2 days of use.
