“Brilliant transition, smell of cigarettes has gone, good choice of flavours, however a little on the costly side as 1 cap has lasted only 2 and a half days... :(”

“Easy to set up & use. No mess. Caps could be bigger or get 5 for same price. Battery length ok but a bit extra always useful but all in all a good starter device. Feels well made.”

“Ordered nicotine-free liquid. Was sent one with nicotine in it. Was promised an SAE to send this back and a replacement liquid to be sent to me. This still hasn't happened.”

“I'm a big fan of the vype range, having just bought the e tank, I am very pleased with the quantity of smoke and the flavour. My only criticism is that as the e liquids and atomisers are not in shops, the postage from the vype website could be less.”

“Very smooth dissipation of the overall hit of nicotine and vape.Capsule system is clean and very easy to use.However,capsules are expensive,and dont last long,so will eventually move back to traditional system.Pen is ascetically pleasing,although takes time to get used to the new shape.Would be nice if you could have kept same shape as original liquid filled pen,so you could switch between capsule or cartomizer.”

“I have used the Vype e stick and pen for a year and I would like to say that they have really helped me to drastically cut down the number of cigarettes I smoke. Of the two products I prefer the e stick as it closely resembles a cigarette. I use the blended tobacco flavour which I find very pleasant. However, I have a few little gripes. Last year when I started using the e.stck the product was extremely reliable but from May 2015 the e stick tips seem to have deteriorated in quality. I have had some packs where each tip was a complete dud and in general the tips last for only a few hours. I am also rather disappointed that I have not been able to purchase replacement batteries for some time.”

“Pack contained 3 tips and one cigarette would like to see 2cigarettes per pack Charger connection to computer seems loose and from experience this becomes looser and more difficult to charge”

“Been a smoker for 30 years roughly 20 to 30 a day. Bought the epen 3 days ago Haven't smoked a cigarette since. Tried everything over the years patches gum spray tablets the lot. NEVER managed to go more than a day before smoking again. The epen is a nice bit of kit easy to use lasts all day on one charge and easy to change flavours. Have since bought the estick for when I go out as it is more discreet same again easy to charge lasts a long time and easy to change flavours. Overall I am very impressed with vype products and I did look at many other different manufacturers of electronic cigarettes. What sold vype for me was the ease of use no coils to change no messy filling. Delivery was fast and when I received my order had a query about charging so rang customer support got through immediately and they were extremely helpful. 10/10”

“The delivery was fast and easy to arrange. The e-tank is easy to use and has a pretty good battery life, whilst having a reasonable price. My only issue with vype its lack of flavour availability. Having now tried most available flavours i found some to be a little bland but overall pretty good ( the aniseed is horrible!). Overall I am happy with my purchase but may require to look elsewhere for future liquids.”

“This is the second e-cigarette I have used and it is a great product at a great price. Good quality item, easy to use, clean and simple to swap flavours as your taste wants and the flavours are really nice and smooth. The 2 stage power option is good also and you can really tell the difference in use. With my first e-cig, I still needed to have a cigarette, but using this I have been cigarette free for a month now and feel much better for it. What's not to like.”
