Waitrose Fee Range Pork Sausages £3.50 for 6, never had such tough skins on a sausage they were inedible. All that rubbish they spout about being farm to the field, they tasted awfull

Such a shame that complimentary newspaper no longer included in home delivery before 15:00. Store staff disagree with change too.

This morning I felt very unsafe. No effective flow control. Veg & fruit packed out with oldies (as am I) disregarding safe distancing. I normally enjoy shopping here. But not today. Relieved to get out.

Being one of the people who are self isolating and reliant on home deliveries my wife and I shop around for available slots. Our last one was Waitrose and generally good as they go but I must say the driver was exceptionally good. To achieve variety we pick from the limited stock offered and whilst "customer service is effectively non-existant and websites to complain do not seem to work there is one product that we both think is so bad as to defy description. That is The Coconut Collaborative Banoffee Little Pots. Little is an understatement, miniscule four teaspoons full would be more accurate. No refined sugars seems to mean that they are unrefined. Now the taste that is the biggest challenge to describe. It is reminiscent of school chemistry lessons and a more artificially tasting compound I feel would be hard to find . I am thankful that they are small, less to throw away. If you value your taste buds avoid at all costs. great shame I cannot find a route on line that works to make Waitrose collect them and dispose of them safely.

I bought a whole salmon. When i asked for itr to be cut into steaks the assistant assumed i wanted one.And said she couldnt, when said no ineed a whole salmon she said .it will take at least 20mins. but she failed to weigh it and tell me how much it would be.. I was so upset because i was dressed in muddy clothes (dog Handling) and Her first response was uncomfortable for me. so i left her to prepare the salmon. When i bought the salmon I was shocked at the price, it was 3 times the price of Sainsburys last 4 salmons i have bought. I took it to the cashout and paid for it . But will not buy salmon from Waitrose again.

I love the Waitrose partners model, the products in store, but their delivery (from Finchley) is really lacking. This Christmas, ordered their Christmas products, on their special slot with 1+ month in advance, just to find them missing upon delivery (how is this possible?). Even with other orders done, there would always be products missing (so different than ocado), not to mention their replacements (eg. type of rice by another type of rice completely different -- yes, not all rices are the same). Shame, really good supermarket otherwise.

I have tried many times to get an online delivery to no avail even though I am elderly and part disabled. I can only get rapid Waitrose which is limited or go to the store for home delivery. Also I like duchy non homogenised milk but can only get it in litres which is heavy and some goes off before I can use it. Several other items have been discontinued ie Twinings loose Assam tea which I bought for years. Unhappy customer

Fruit and veg are never up to any good standard, often old, dry, or tasteless. The worst shop in London for fresh food. Meat, and fish usually very good, why on Earth can’t they improve the fresh food. Very expensive fir what they offer. My Waitrose local Belgravia London has been turned into an off Licence, more alcohol, then fresh food, they got rid of the wonderful cheese counter, to replace it with sushi bar, that hardly anybody needs.

Recently bought a birthday cake for my granddaughters birthday that no one could eat because it tasted and smelled of garlic. I phoned customer service the next day and they immediately offered a gift card without any explanation as to why this could be. I had to buy another cake and when the gift card arrived I was disappointed to find it was less than the cost of the two cakes I had bought. I will never shop at Waitrose again .

Why is the Exeter cafe still closed ? How many customers has the closure since Covid cost them? So many people shopped at Waitrose and incorporated a tea and cake or coffee etc. We have deserted to M&S. lovely cafe there.

Essential burgers @£3 were disgusting and overpriced. Full of water and fat. Shrunk to half the size.

Click and Collect.Witney. No sanitiser on entering or leaving store. Non of the staff wearing masks or gloves. No screens at Customer Service Desk, we had to get far too close to staff. When food brought, we had to lift each crate as we emptied it, but didn't know whether the handles had been cleaned. Non of this is good enough during Covid-19. We did not feel safe for our health. Will not use this badly thought out service again.

We had an email saying we had priority delivery, but can't get a slot until next Tuesday, consequently I have to go to the shop and put my extremely vulnerable husband and myself at risk

Generally going downhill in quality across the board. Deliveries regularly late coded and even out of date. Meat products seem to be picked as worst-on-shelf. Silly things such as 'buyers choice' attached to 100's of wines for no reason other than to con customers.

Several items missing from online Christmas shopping order and then the lost a whole bag of shopping containing fruit, veg and herbs. A refund for the items was paltry compared to the inconvenience of having to travel to replace the missing items.

Thought we’d go for the more expensive Beef bourguignon. So disappointing. No dept of flavour in the sauce (definitely not a jus) or the meat. And the mushrooms very wet. Waitrose is usually very good.

Waitrose products are normally very good, but I was tempted to buy Nigel Haworths Lamb Lancashire Hot Pot - word of advice - dont bother! It is tasteless and mainly full of onions and if I didn't know what the meat was I would have been unable to guess

Dry, tough and tasteless Prompted to buy Heston's Pistachio Stollen from the picture on the recent communication from Waitrose. Bought at the Waitrose Oundle store, couldn't wait to get it home to try it with my morning coffee. It certainly looked the part but slicing into it was apparent that it was dry and quite tough. Biting into it confirmed this, plus it was tasteless lacking enough of the essential ingredients especially the marzipan. Did I get a duff one or are they all like this but I won't be buying another one to find out.
