“Waitrose has some great deals on ethically sourced food, and some ethically produced products, such as recycled toilet paper. This helps me do my bit for the environment. The staff are always friendly and lead you to the item you're looking for.”

“I ordered a cake of cheese for my daughter's wedding. Three days before the wedding I was told by Waitrose Droitwich that it hadn't arrived in store. However the lovely Waitrose staff put together a three tier cake from instore stock and also provided all the accessories- biscuits, chutneys, port, and bouquets for the bride and mothers, and did not charge us. Thank you Wendy and all the Waitrose staff at Droitwich.”
