“I was so impressed with the service I received and the services offered by Walker and Hall. I ordered a locket online and was a little bit confused about where to put my engraving message, so asked one of your customer service representatives on chat and she quickly answered my questions. I ordered the engraving, gift wrap, card and postage, but was concerned my message for the card got lost when I pressed update cart. The locket turned up 3 days later. With the correct engraving and my hand written message in the card! Fantastic service team! Thank you so much! The locket arrived in time for my sister's 21st, which I did not expect it to, as I left it so late and she loved it! Thanks again team. I will be using your services again 😊”

“I purchased a necklace online from Walker & Hall and unfortunately it was not long enough to sit comfortably around my neck. I visited the store in Albany Mall and I was welcomed into the shop. I explained that I wanted to purchase a longer white gold chain. After trying two different length chains I selected one and expected to pay full price for it. But because I hadn't worn the necklace my chain was exchanged for the longer one plus $50 extra. I was very happy with the wonderful service.”

“I ordered a nite chain with letters online which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the letters were arranged wrong and I couldnt take them off to order them correctly so I went into the Newmarket store. The lady was awesome. She gave me a new chain and ordered them correctly. She also apologized for having had the issue to begin with. I was very pleased with her service.”
