“I ordered a nite chain with letters online which arrived very quickly. Unfortunately the letters were arranged wrong and I couldnt take them off to order them correctly so I went into the Newmarket store. The lady was awesome. She gave me a new chain and ordered them correctly. She also apologized for having had the issue to begin with. I was very pleased with her service.”

“I needed some help with finding the right gift within my budget and through live chat online was very easy. The lady helped me with finding some suitable options. The service I received was excellent. Love how you can select options for complimentary card, complimentary gift wrap, etc all online. Order was shipped same day and recipient received this the next day! Will highly recommend and will be purchasing again next time.”
