“Friendly, helpful staff over both email and in-shop. However, the necklace has an very obvious metal flaw on the pendant. They have agreed to fix, but would expect a higher standard quality control! Fingers crossed this is a one-off faulty product and I can update the two stars with more once they come to the party on a replacement.”
