“service from Walker and Hall was fabulous. The item I had ordered was out of stock, they firstly tried to see if they could get it in from the supplier and when they were unable to offered me the choice of something else or a refund. Found their communication top notch.”

“The service was great. I received a phonecall regarding my online order, confirming that it was processed and that engraving would be completed even before my requested date. Another phonecall was made when the order was ready for collection . The child's silver identity was beautifully giftwrapped and included a complimentary gift card.”
