“Fantastic customer service! I have had two experiences dealing with Walker and Hall over email, once purchasing a custom made ring and once over a matter of redeeming reward points. On both occasions staff went above and beyond, not only was their communication excellent, but nothing was ever too much trouble. Beautiful range of jewellery too!”

“I found the whole online viewing and ordering experience very easy and hassle-free. There was also an option to have my purchase gift-wrapped. My purchase arrived very quickly and not only was it gift wrapped but it also included a gift bag and a handwritten thank you card.
