“I was impressed and pleased by the service I received at Walker & Hall. I ordered an engagement ring online and was told that because of the small size I would have a 3-5 week wait. But it ended up coming in 2! The best part of the experience though was the warm and friendly email communication with Sandre and Emma. I really appreciated it! “Great experience buying online, I unfortunately brought the wrong size bangle for my wife. I emailed the contact team, Sandre found another one the right size and I had it the next day. They they refunded me as soon as the wrong size was delivered back the next day. Will be buying all my gifts from them from now on.”

“The person who assisted me online (Sandre) was patient and helped me with a difficult issue, trying to sort an online purchase with a voucher and airport pickup. There were many emails back and forward, however Sandre was very patient and made sure that my purchase was facilitated. Thank you!”
