“Great online service, prompt delivery”

“Service was fantastic. Very quick with postage, beautifully written / presented card and the boxes and bags were perfect. Only criticism would be that maybe you don't put your company name on the courier parcel label. It was a birthday gift that the birthday girl signed for! Obviously she didn't know what pieces she got but knew that she was receiving jewellery. We love it though :-)”

“My necklace came really quickly, the packaging was really nice but the box was damaged upon opening, the mirror came apart and cracked in the Stolen Box, but other then that i was happy with what i recieved.”

“Over all survice was very good! Fast shipping and easy purchase process. Only thing letting it down was the card I had written with the present was poorly presented; although the wrapping of the earrings was lovely.”

“customer service was quick and responsive, but the first time I contacted CS they weren't able to help with my custom order, saying it wasn't posible within my time frame. However when I tried the next day they managed to make it posible by asking a different supplier, seems like maybe the first time they didn't really try their hardest”

“Took a little bit long before my order was dispatched from the store therefore took longer than expected to receive. I did communicate with one staff member via email who was more than helpful and I am more than happy with the service. One small point to mention is that I would have spent more money and purchased a different chain had I realized the size of the chain I purchased (so thin I probably wouldn't have purchased). Would suggest more photos and better such as seeing the chain on someone or next to something so you can compare.”

“Purchased a bangle as a gift . Came super fast. But it was extremely dirty and had finger prints and marks all over it :( lucky I checked it first because I was getting it engraved. Would have hated to have given it how it was”

“Got exactly what I wanted! Boxes were good. Only negative was the bag it came in had been through a rough time as was crinkled and rip maybe from the postage. No items were damaged.”
