“It was my first time to order online, my wedding ring has to be custom made because my ring finger is a size I. Transaction was very straightforward. Emma replied to my emails very promptly. 4weeks later I got my ring delivered to my doorstep and it was love at first sight. Very highly recommended.”

“I bought a meadowlark ring which would have taken two weeks to hand make on the site but I was able to buy the exact ring in my size from the website! Shipping did take longer as my parcel was misplaced but the tracking was efficient and sorted quickly! Will be ordering more off this site more often!”

“Love everything I get from walker and hall but I prefer to shop online than go in store. The reward systems are great but the only thing I have to fault is that you can’t use your credits online. Could this be a future possibility?”

Regarding using credits online, if you are meaning our diamond club vouchers you can absolutely use them online! You just need to pop in the voucher number into the "Gift Card" section in the checkout process. Or if you are talking about a store credit you are able to use this online too - it's just a more manual process which would require some communication with our online orders team prior to purchase but is absolutely possible! “Took a little bit long before my order was dispatched from the store therefore took longer than expected to receive. I did communicate with one staff member via email who was more than helpful and I am more than happy with the service. One small point to mention is that I would have spent more money and purchased a different chain had I realized the size of the chain I purchased (so thin I probably wouldn't have purchased). Would suggest more photos and better such as seeing the chain on someone or next to something so you can compare.”

“I was delighted by my shopping experience. Buying from the website was simple, and when I'd forgotten to include a message for the card and sent an email back, I received a very friendly and helpful response from Sandre saying that it was no problem to add one.
