“Fantastic customer service! I have had two experiences dealing with Walker and Hall over email, once purchasing a custom made ring and once over a matter of redeeming reward points. “I found the whole online viewing and ordering experience very easy and hassle-free. There was also an option to have my purchase gift-wrapped. My purchase arrived very quickly and not only was it gift wrapped but it also included a gift bag and a handwritten thank you card.
