“I purchased three bracelets for my daughters online and received a response from Sandre immediately after placing my order. I was a wee bit nervous that the jewellery wouldn't arrived on time as it was for an event, but the items were wrapped and delivered the very next day! “Excellent service! I appreciated the 'live chat' facility to correct my error in the initials for engraving the cuff links. The very helpful lady assured me the correct initials, FGD, would be engraved :) The cufflinks are for a gift to a fourth-generation member of our family. The family has enjoyed using Walker & Hall cutlery and other dining table accessories for over 100 years. I appreciate W & H are still here!”
