“The necklace is a gift so hasnt been opened yet. However I was very disappointed that a $190 gift was left in my mailbox when I specifically asked for it to be dropped at my doorstep and the package did say that it should be left there”

“Excellent product....delayed delivery due to Covid 19...but kept informed. I was alarmed that I was not notified of delivery, and was sure I had asked to sign for my parcel. Luckily no problem....but potentially a big risk to leave over $500 worth of product in a drop box at the bottom of the drive!”

“Communication around delivery could have been way better. It was a stuff up. Courier returned item to you as i wasn't home yet they didn't call me. When i followed up no delivery was told it had been returned by courier yet no contact from walker & hall. Next time around i asked for a delivery time only to be told they were on there way. Not great customer service.”
