The online buying experience was good, and I received a postage tracking number about a day after purchase so I knew NZ Post Courier had picked up my purchase. Unfortunately 7 days later I still haven't received the goods but that is NZ Post fault, not W&H. To be honest though I don't trust NZ Post so if I'd known they were the courier I might have opted for drive thru collection!

Product didn't arrive on time Had to ring numerous times to find out where it was as it was a birthday gift... For the 30th of April areiced today the 7th of may This isn't due to covid I work In retail and have placed orders from Auckland and received the next day. First time purchasing from this company would think twice about doing it again.

We are so pleased to hear that your order has been received although we are very sad to see your feedback. After the four week Alert Level 4 lockdown period was lifted we added as many people as was safe to our online orders team so that we could process and dispatch the backlog of orders as quickly as possible. This has been a new logistical achievement for us, especially with our stores being closed and most of the gorgeous jewellery required to fulfil orders needing to be collected before they could be dispatched. We received your order late on a Tuesday night and had it processed and collected by the courier on Thursday afternoon. We respect that your feedback that it did not arrive on time is accurate based on your experience however we feel this is in fact due to the delays created by the huge demand placed on the courier services in NZ during Level 3 as a result of Covid-19 restrictions. We recognise this is not the level of service which we strive to achieve however the events of the last few weeks have affected us all in many ways and we are grateful for your understanding. We sincerely appreciate your support of our NZ family owned and operated business and hope that in the future we can show you the helpful and speedy service and delivery timeframes which we usually do achieve.

Hi Kaitlyn, Thank you so much for your loyalty and feedback! Currently the point balances are saved in our store based system so you can reach out to us any time and we can let you know your current balance, it will also show on your most recent receipt if you have that. We are currently working on a development to get this information transferred to our website and allow our Diamond Club members to access their balance and more through their online account login. We can't wait to complete this and share it with you!

I still have not received the product despite waiting over a month for it to arrive. I understand that covid has had a massive impact on businesses but maybe ensure that your products have actually arrived before sending this out!

We have become aware in the last couple of days that many courier deliveries have been delayed due to the high demand and health & safety implications of Alert level 3 in NZ. We hope that your delivery arrives safely and that you will consider to update this review once it has. Hi , Hope you are well over this over this interesting time . I can not place as review as I have not received my order placed on 23.4.20.My confirmation stated delivery for the 5th May. I have been contact with WH online support with my concern and have been informed its up to the courier, so I am not sure where that leaves me? Please advise.

Hi Robyn, we are extremely sorry to hear that your delivery has not arrived. Unfortunately it has become clear that the courier services in NZ are struggling to cope with the huge demands that have been placed on it during Level 3 lockdown. We have been in touch with our courier service provider and the overwhelming number of packages that are being sent since the restrictions on non-essential business have been lifted, coupled with the increased requirements for health and safety have meant that they are experiencing significant delays in being able to deliver. We know that every order is important however once we have passed them onto the courier we are sadly not able to improve the delivery timeframe due to the nature of the issue they are facing. We have found over the past couple of days that the tracking updates are functioning correctly and when your order is processed to a new phase it will be shown through your tracking link. We recognise this is not the service you deserve and are open to any suggestions of what we can do to help from here. We expect that once retail stores are able to open the courier companies will have less demand and we will be able to provide the speedy service that both our customers and we expect. This is a hugely disappointing situation from our perspective as well and we are grateful for your support and understanding in what has been a very challenging time.
