“I purchased these online when Auckland was in Level 3. I did get a notification to say they couldn't send until Level 2 but then two weeks later I get an email from Wellington branch who eventually were the ones who sent my earrings. Would have been good if this had happened at time of order? 5++ for the packaging of my gift as well. Thankyou W&H!”

“I ordered a pair of cufflinks in Auckland but they could not be delivered because of lockdown Level 4. I rang to see if the order could be sent from another store, in Level 3, as they were a birthday present and Walker and Hall went to a great deal of trouble to arrange for them to be sourced from another city. The cufflinks were perfect and delivered within two days after receiving my call, and in time for the birthday!! The staff were so very interested and helpful and I was delighted.”

“Love Shopping at Walker and Hall. The staff at Silverdale Walker and Hall are always so friendly and helpful. But due to being in Level 3 we had to shop online this time and that was also great. Ordered late yesterday afternoon and received an email at 9.30am this morning to say our order had been despatched - great work, take care team.”
