“My wife was delighted with the pearl bracelet that I got for her. It was easy to order online and the gift was delivered really quickly, wrap in pretty paper with a ribbon and a gift card neatly written for her. Thank you”

“The first experience I wasn’t happy with because the earrings were faulty and I wasn’t asked for ID by the First Lady but the second which made no sense to me. The second experience however over the faulty earrings was amazing. The male operator who did the exchange was lovely and helpful and I was really pleased”
