“I have been buying jewels , from Walker and Hall since I was 19 years of age ( I am now 55 ). I worked in Queen Street and spent my wages in your comer store . I now buy for my daughters granddaughters and friends . I think they see me coming into the Sliverdale store! I love Karen Walker , Medolark Nic Von and it all really ! I find the ladies more than helpful and I love the fifty dollar rewards, always re spent well on bling . Thanks for being there Michele ????”

“I love the opportunity to be part of a loyalty programme that is actually worth being a part of. Not a lot of people have loyalty programme, let alone a loyalty programme that isn't too difficult to gain rewards! I love how the rewards aren't too far in reach. Money was tight one week but I was able to get my friend a beautiful meadowlark necklace for her 21st present because I had my diamond rewards! Saved by the bell”

“I have always really enjoyed shopping at the Silverdale store, I even brought my friend in when she arrived from the Uk. She purchased three pairs of diamond earrings from you. I have always received good customer service. One day I came in and was told by a member of staff that I 'come in too often'. After that I stopped going in. Very disappointed. Such a shame as I love the store and I love Pandora. I have been going elsewhere since then.”
