“When I made my purchase there was actually a delay on it due to low stock, however, Shilanne emailed me straight away to let me know f this delay and kept me informed throughout the waiting time. I really appreciated this :-)”

“Great service through the website - it was a bit weird that the item couldn't be ordered into the store for me to try on and decide whether I liked it but the return option through various stores sounded fine. Love the watch anyway. I was a little surprised and disappointed with the amount of packaging on the item - a W&H bag plus ribbon and wrapping of the watch box then then the box itself. With the courier bag containing it all. I should have requested minimal and recyclable packaging but even without saying this it seemed excessive.”

Hello! Thank you so much for your feedback. We have a "Click & Collect" option on our product pages which allows you to view any item you wish in our stores without having to purchase it. I'm sorry you weren't informed of this option and we may need to make this clearer in the future! I am sorry you were disappointed with the amount of packaging your watch came in. The watch box is part of the product and provides protection for the item during the shipping process and the courier bag is required for delivery. However we will take your comments about the gift wrapping on board and put this into consideration for the future! “I was sent the wrong product. When I contacted about this, the staff were helpful, but I was asked to return the product before mine was sent out. I think it should have been sent to me with the courier bag to send the wrong one back.”
