“Hello Everyone at Walker & Hall, a special thank you to the lovely staff at you Bayfair store. They were so helpful over the phone, as I was enquiring about a pair of pink crystal earrings with rose gold. The lady on the phone offered to order them in for me as the store was currently out of them. But did say I could try online, which it. The earrings arrived a couple of days later to my front door. I was over the moon when I opened the bag to find a blue Walker & Hall bag. I’m so very happy with my purchase, also happy Afterpay was an option. Please thank the Bayfair store, you have a great team there. I’ve had awesome comments about my earrings & I was only to pleased to say where I bought them. Thank You So Much. Bruce”

“I bought the Runaway Girl necklace for my daughter and she was delighted with her gift. The pendant is of good quality but considering the cost of the item, I was disappointed in the presentation. I would have thought it would have a decent presentation box instead of a cheap cardboard box”

“I was led to buy the Men's Cuff & engrave the word "FAMILY." as a gift for someone special. Sandre from head office was so helpful! She helped me organise the gift, card, postage & sent me a photo. She went the extra mile & was fast, grateful for her help & look foward to buying another gift in the future.
