Hello - Thank you so much for getting in touch with us however I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment! We gift wrap all of our beautiful jewellery we send out apart from our Boh Runga packaging because the box is round and is unable to be wrapped - it still should have arrived with a beautiful bow on it! I am also very sorry to hear that the box was dirty! We will definitely look more carefully at our packaging in the future. We hope to impress you next time you shop with us in store or online!
