“I was impressed at the ease of ordering a gift and the promptness of its arrival. However I was disappointed that the little bag was rather squashed (I was wrapping it to give) and that I couldn't open it to make sure I had the correct earrings as it meant tearing the seal off the gift bag making the gift appear "opened". Perhaps you could send articles without putting them in the gift bag (so the correct article can be confirmed)but enclose the bag for the customer to put the article in to give.”

“Order handled from start to finish without fuss. Delivered quickly. Thanks! The only issue I had was that the earrings I received were not what I thought I had ordered. I had seen the earrings I wanted in store some months ago and thought these were the same as they looked like it from the online picture, but they were not. It was my mistake and I am very happy with these, but it is an issue with online purchasing, particularly when there is no indication of size. Online purchasing is very convenient but actually viewing the item in store is preferable :)”
