“It was great purchasing and receiving the bracelet within 'hours', which was loved by my niece for her 21st. The online live chat was also a great feature, as the bracelet had beenb gift wrapped I was able to ask and get an immediate answer with regard to whether or not the price was on the bracelet (which it wasn't), which meant I was able to leave the bracelet beautifully gift wrapped. Would definitely buy from you online again :)”

“Hi After looking at local suppliers in Gisborne, we were not able to find a ring that matched my husband-to-be's personality. After a brief look online we quickly found what he wanted, made contact via the online helpdesk regarding sizing, the order was made and the ring arrived in two days! It is perfect and just what we wanted.”

“I have bought a few items from walker and hall including an engagement ring and wedding band for my wife. I felt the shop assistant went up and beyond - including getting a new ring made with the exact stone that meant so much to my wife - phone calls, emails, keeping me updated etc. Just recently I bought a purchase online and it was very easy and arrived very fast. Definitely my jeweler of choice”

“Very happy with the watch. Did purchase the wrong one and exchanged it at walker and hall lampton quay. Didnt give 5 star as I wasn't served upon arriving. She saw me come in and went to the back room. Felt very judged as I walked in with my daughter. Need better customer service”
