The product is great and the tech support from the folks at Nuheat was fantastic. The estimated shipping time was 5 days late. Thankfully it arrived a day before guests.

The thermostat works fine but the installation instructions are not good. You should include how to determine which wires are load and line. No reason any homeowner could not install this but that information is not known to those of us who are not electricians.

This is the second Ditra floor that I have had installed in the last six months. And both times I was shorted on the membrane. Your membrane arrived in pieces, not on a roll needless to say I was about 4 square feet short of what I needed for the 99 square feet I needed. Luckily it was available locally. But still a delay in of the tile layer's time.

Constance, We are sorry to hear you had an issue with the membrane. The product you purchased does describe the product comes in '12 DITRA-HEAT Uncoupling Membrane Sheets - Covers 103.2 sq ft'. We assume there was an issue with the amount of membrane due to cutting for corners or an oddly shaped area. If you do happen to purchase Ditra Floors again, it does come in rolls. A size you may have needed is the 134.5 sq ft roll. If you do come back to purchase from us, please call us to make sure you are ordering the best Ditra-Heat product for your project. The first kit I ordered for a different repair came with two wires, one was a ground wire, all went well for that install. The second repair is a different story. Although all of the pics on your site and others show two wires in the pkg, only one was actually supplied. Luckily I did not need the second wire but if I had, I would have been extremely irritated to have wait for another kit while walking on a cold bathroom floor. Maybe you should update your pics of you actually provide.

The product I purchased was great and works perfectly. However I needed the item next day delivery and I paid extra for next day delivers and received it 4 days later. Talked with UPS they would not help me. So I'm out 60 bucks for a overnight delivery I received 4 days later.

Happy with the product. Had some issues, but Kelsey was helpful in resolving them. Missing the thermostat, but she expedited the replacement. Was a bit disappointed in how the membrane sheets were shipped. Ordered sheets instead of roll because I didn’t want the curling edges. The sheets were shipped rolled up anyway. Overall, I will use this service again.

My only complaint is all I needed was to replace a relay that went out after 10 years. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new thermostat and relay as you have made the new relays incompatible with older thermostats. Shipping was fast and new products work well. I just wish I could have simply bought a relay instead of throwing away a perfectly good thermostat.

There was not enough material to do the whole floor. So, just had to do the center. Floor is cold around toilet, and one side of shower. Also, when we build again, can it be put inside the shower?? Under tile, of course.

Couldn't find an answer or a video as to when to turn on the system after installing it under a newly tiled floor. Had to wait to your business hours and called your help line which answered this question

Please use shipping company that delivers on weekends. I expected it a week after placing order but now will be 10 days. holing up job.

Hi Thomas, When you place an order with our free ground shipping option it usually takes no more than 5 business days to deliver anywhere in the U.S. I looks like your package did have a slight delay though, which was the reason it arrived much later. Unfortunately, many courier services won't deliver on weekends without an extra fee though. But give us a call on your next project and we'll do something special for you. Thank you, Thomas!

execution is very good. DIY support is adept, I still need help as my own miss-steps have 1 of 3 floors with an open ground line and can't find it (yet) Cust support can't be faulted, they are good-excellent during their open hours. Would do it all again. Keep testing the cable during installation at every step is my advice. Still can't imagine how such a tough cable could break. Well this is my first one. Product is very good, pricing was fair-OK delivery excellent, support ... vg to excellent. Fact Rep requested to diagnose and repair the last floor. I might be newbee and lapsed somehow. Overall great exp... Will update. MJ

Recived mats in 2 different packages. Appears to be different products. Your tech says they are the same. 2 were in 1 type of package 3 in another. Hope it works out!

This is my third controller, the design is of poor Quality, the clips on the base mount break off or crack, causing inconsistencies.

Initially, it was stated our return on our credit card would take days on a cancelled order that I literally had just placed and not even been processed. I was going to place another order for the correct items. I was told to go ahead and place it. When I refused until I received and immediate credit for the cancelled order then I was told the order was voided out and credit issued. Then when the order shipped it was sent stating only one part of the order shipped when actually the entire order had shippedbut was not relayed as suchto the customer (me). Confusing. Alpreciate the representatives who checked on mycredit and myorder andgot it accomplished but confusing nevertheless. I have not checked to ensure credit was issued but will this weekend. Hopefully, this part was truthful and actually done for me. Also, delighted it shipped and delivered it so quickly. That was great.
