“I ordered the above watch from Watch Direct and on arrival it was a quartz movement. I don'y buy qurartz movements and requested a return and refund. I have to say, I was very impressed with the efficiency and speed of the refund. This is a good, honest seller and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a high quality watch... thank you Watch Direct”

“Ordered late on a Thursday and it was on my wrist Monday morning in regional NSW. I also received the offical warranty from Seiko and instructions via email almost straight after purchase. Was a very positive buying experience all round - great service. The watch was priced competitively versus other dealers, so very happy that I got a fair - no excellent - deal too.”
