“Andrew at Watch Direct has AAA+ customer service, before I even received my parcel he had contacted me regarding a mix up and organised to resolve to issue ASAP - I have never had a business be so honest before, it was amazing! The mix up was resolved very swiftly - I would recommend Watch Direct to anyone!”
