Avoid at all costs!!! Awful company l sent my Rolex to them with the intent of selling. However l didn’t accept their offer price. They have sent my vintage Rolex back with the bracelet unattached, with two separate pins in a small plastic bag??? I don’t even know if everything is there to attach it back on, or not?? I was wearing this watch before! I’m going to take this further. Completely appalled with this treatment. What company returns a watch in this state?

My partner bought me a Rolex for my birthday which should have arrived on Dec 5th. Unfortunately Royal Mail seem to have lost the packaging which was stressful at first but watchfinders assured us that they are insured so we don’t need to worry and that we could have a full refund. After confirming he would like a refund my partner has been trying to get his money back and has so far had no success. They explained on the phone It wasn’t a problem and the refund would take 3-5 days, but nothing yet. When ever he calls he is passed around from department to department saying ‘someone is handling it’. As you can imagine it’s a lot of money which we are currently out of pocket of, and with no watch. It is causing us a huge amount of stress as a family and we really hope we can resolve it soon. I would like to believe that things are perhaps taking so long due to staff shortages and Covid, but we have had little explanation as to what the hold up is. Really hoping it can be resolved soon so that we can move on as it is causing my partner huge amounts of anxiety.

Let me start by saying I have previously ordered three watches from watch finder before and have always been very happy with my purchases. The watch I have just received was a different experience altogether With numerous issues, 1. The watch I received arrived too small with no spare links in the box, after contacting them I was told they had adjusted it and forgot to put the link in, the did send out a new link 2. The biggest issue I had was, the box and paperwork I received were not for the watch, a blank guarantee card, manual and box for a different watch, if I had bought it from eBay I would most likely have accepted things like this but when paying a premium to buy from a good 2nd hand dealer this is not what I expected 3. Since contacting them I have now been messed around with no real foresight as to weather they are going to do anything or even care, I have been asked to send photos and waited 3 days now to get some kind of reply. I ordered online which is probably my downfall as if I had been in the shop I would not have bought it and I urge other pot buyers to do the same I put my trust in watch finder as was made a mockery of so far.

Just bought a rolex explorer 2 polar from them. The watch is great but did not return all the links to you. The bracelet supposed to fit 7.5 inches wrist. After their adjustment. The total length did not add up to 19cm. At least 2 links were missing . Honesty is important in on line business. Where is your integrity but greed.

I sold two watches to this company. Direct sale, under bid, on my watches. Web site shows in writing once you accept their offer to buy your watch(s), payment will be wired to your bank account in 3-5 Business days. As of November 13, it has been over 10 Business days and NO PAYMENT, JUST EXCUSES, RUN AROUNDS. AFTER MULTIPLE PHONE CALLS AND EMAILS JUST " ANY DAY NOW SIR". WATCHFINDER SHOWS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. SINCERELY, NO MONEY HONEY

Had a brand new Bremont world timer automatic still with tags worth £4,595 new. Not even worn once. Still with sticker in back. After requesting a quote, a senior buyer offered me £1,600 for the item! Well done Watchfinder for the insult. Happy to sell on for a £3,000 profit. Avoid this company 100%.

Sent my watch for sale. The quote was not provided in the promised in the given time and then several emails requesting an update were ignored. Because of this I decided to have my watch returned to me and again emails were constantly ignored, promised call backs never made and despite me confirming a change of a dress multiple times by phone and email they still returned the watch to the wrong address, and when I contacted them to sort it out they again did not call me back. My watch was also returned in filthy condition with some kind of dirt residue on it that was not there when I dropped it off (it was inspected in the shop when I dropped it off) and the box was scratched. Appalled.

PESSIMA ESPERIENZA. AZIENDA DA EVITARE! Acquistato OROLOGIO in oro giugno 2020. Pubblicizzato con scatola e garanzia. Orologio arrivato SENZA GARANZIA E SENZA UNA MAGLIA. EZPERIENZA PESSIMA. STARE ALLA LARGA!

Trade in took ages. My watch was sat in their mailroom for over a week with the excuse that the current pandemic reduced mail room visits to twice a week - all well and good, but if it’s been there for seven days, you should’ve seen it by that logic (twice). Bumbled attaching paperwork I had to fill out, which resulted in delivery delays, and when I received the watch, the case back had a fairly deep scratch not represented in the photographs. Questioning movement service before sale (as described) as the timing is well off. Watch box was delivered in an envelope with foam corner protectors. Couldn’t have been bothered to get a box? Thank goodness I didn’t ask them to size the bracelet, as there are many reports of them pocketing the spare links to sell elsewhere.

The owner himself was a complete jerk. No wonder the place has terrible reviews. When the leader is lacking basic customer service skills what can you expect from the staff. Stay away from these people... high prices, rude and above all they have no clue how to buy and sell at fake prices.

Don't buy from this company, they cut corners and are not to be trusted. Prices are high, staff servicing is questionable and they run a campaign of fake reviews on trust pilot.

Sell your watch privately or if your desperate take to a pawn shop, you will get a better price than what these will give you!!

Watchfinder are selling a slightly older version of my Omega for £4799 yet they offered me £1250 for mine! Wow! Absolute greed at it's worst. My watch is 2 year old, been on my wrist probably 5 times. Condition wise you won't find a better one. You'd have to be really desperate to consider selling your watch to this greedy lot

Emailed watchfinder to sell my bell & ross. Sent pictures of the watch and warranty card. Watch cost £2850 about 5 months ago but doesn't get much wrist time. Was going to part exchange for an oris diver for £1250. Got an email saying they would offer £1100 to £1300 for a watch that isn't even 6 months old. So basically we will give you a £1250 watch for a watch worth over £2500. Sellers beware. I am totally disgusted at this.
