“Received my Rolex datejust, immediately noticed there was a rattle under the dial, also condensation in the face. Rang and spoke to support who arranged for it to be looked at. They came back telling me I had damaged the watch by getting it wet with the crown open and the warranty was void. This was absolutely not true and their "rigourous" testing they claim happen before sale is clearly not true. Don't trust them.”

“Bought a Montblanc watch for my son last year. His birthday wasn’t till October so lay in the box for a couple of months. When he started to wear it the strap started to break down and went into holes after a few times wearing it. Contacted Watchfinder in December last year and I’m still waiting on a replacement strap. Jess was the first girl now I’m talking to Abbie. I’m now buying a new strap and won’t recommend Watchfinder to anyone else. I’ve bought two watches from them. Terrible after sales service.”

“Horrific, criminal company. I bought a watch 7 months ago. I returned it to the shop and it was inspected there in front of me. I was promised a full refund within a week. I'm still waiting. Returning emails is non existent and telephone calls are like banging your head against a brick wall. DO NOT USE!”

“I paid for a watch and it was never delivered. Then they went dark and there is no communication. I will have to cancel the payment through Visa and then file a lawsuit against them.”

“Got a quote of $4700 for my Date Just. Sent it to them. After waiting a week and a half I call them. The guy says they are sending it back. I was incredulous. Its in beautiful shape??? He didn't say why. I had paid $100 dollars for $5000 insurance that I'm now out. A couple days later It says to call them. I call today and they say I should get it back today. I received it and its stopped ! I always have it on a Wolf Winder. Now I'm out about $1100. Crooks.”

“Recently had a watch valued. They were quick in the response but undervalued in by over £1,000 than what I could get for it at any high end jewellery stores. To this end, I would not recommend this company. They would still be able to make near 20% pre tax profit had they made a fair offer.”

“Thy will offer you a price for your watch which is in perfect condition & as described.. And then when thy have received your watch thy will offer you a lower price than what was agreed.. And when contacted to ask why..? thy say will get back to you but don't.. Poor show unhonest offers & No reply”

“Would absolutely give Watchfinder & Co. > ZERO stars if such a rating was possible. Why? My watch, a Tag Heuer Carrera Calibre 02 "Batman" Skeleton Chronograph GMT, which I purchased in late March 2023 from Tag Heuer in Las Vegas was returned to me after the sales fell through. The sale fell through because I questioned why the offer price had been reduced twice, the second reduction in price was small, but the reason stated by Anthony Nguyen was an outright lie. Anthony stated that "my offer price was slightly reduced because I was not trading in for another watch." When I directly confronted Daylan about employees skimming/embezzling from customers he hung up on me. Fortunately my watch was returned, BUT the service team damaged my watch when they attempted to polish a very fine superficial scratch from the case opposite the crown side. It now looks like sandpaper was used on the case and the finish is damaged. I have reached out multiple times to resolve the issue and like so many others, I have been unable to contact WF&Co. That's ok...my watch is under warranty with Tag Heuer where I am sending in for a proper repair and documentation of the damage caused by Watchfinder & Co. Once this process is complete I will be filing complaints with the following agencies: 1. Letitia James, NY Attorney General, Office of the Attorney General Consumer Frauds/Complaint Bureau 2. United States Department of Justice Criminal Division, Fraud Section, Corporate Enforcement I would encourage anyone who has experienced questionable price reductions from the initial offer price for reasons that did not align with Watchfinder & Co. policy to consider filing with the above agencies as well. The end state is to ensure past, current and future customers are not being defrauded by employees of WF&Co.”

“BEWARE!! DO NOT ORDER from Watchfinder. The Rolex watch I ordered BROKE in 3 uses and can't even be used. They DO NOT answer any calls or messages. We called every phone number we could find and it always goes to voicemail and they NEVER call you back. You CAN'T get ahold of them, they will NOT answer. We had to take the watch into a local Rolex Jewelry store and have it repaired costing us $1,000 out of our pocket. We called and messaged Watchfinder about 15 times over and over because the watch supposedly comes with their warranty. They NEVER answered. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! I would leave ZERO stars if it was possible.”

I've spent the last three months attempting to catch the attention of someone at Watchfinder, but it seems the results are consistently hitting the "no-answer" jackpot. It's almost like they're playing hide-and-seek, and I'm the eternal seeker. Jokes aside, I'm genuinely concerned about the impact this may have on the stellar reputation of Qatar Duty-Free. Allowing companies to sell products without any guarantee is like inviting chaos to the party. Still Looking forward to a resolution that brings a touch of reliability back into the game! “Went with my hubby to Watchfinder this is what happened Horrendous service even before I purchased a watch Never answered E mail So went to Bluewater shop. Put a £3300 deposit on a Rolex hulk at £16.5 k watch on Thursday. Promised I could collect it on the Saturday. Rung them late Saturday and was told they hadn’t taken delivery yet but would ring me back once they found out where it was (by the ass manager Oliver. )Guess what No phone call same as emails. So went over there tonight Monday evening to be told it hadn’t even been sent by the Bicester branch. Yep I demanded a refund. Biggest waste of time ever by the most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with. Stay clear. You have been warned”

“BUYER BEWARE. There are multiple false claims being made by this website. Firstly they are dishonestly claiming "free returns" but that is innacurate. Shipping/tracking fees are up to you. They wont charge you a restocking fee, which is expected but they advertise free returns like Amazon, except they don't honor that standard. Its up to you to cover all of yhe costs. Next they are lying about a 5% discount for signing up to their news letter. They dont send a discount code like everyone else, instead its a link that doesnt work regardless of device usef. Dont waste your time, there are far better retailers to do business.”

“I considered selling a Longines HydroConquest 43MM in pristine condition, with tags, original box and papers, not even a year old used twice, a watch that cost £1700 in retail. these scammers offered me £550, an absolute insult, makes you feel like you are selling something stolen. Do not deal with these people.”

“Haven't received my watch back after sending it to them. After a clear offer from there said I heard nothing back. First Daylan was my contact Now I am getting apologies emails from a Shaida that it is in progress. What are they progressing since weeks? Just send the watch back! I don't Trust that I will get my watch back in the same condition if ever I gave given them another week to send the watch or hand it over to one of my colleagues - if not I will call the police and my lawyer. This company should be ashamed of how they treat their customers ... nothing g is as watchfinder is promising on their webside and videos”
