“I appreciate that water drop does not add extra sugar to sweeten. However I don’t like the use of artificial sweeteners and would prefer an option that uses natural sweeteners ie honey, monk fruit, dates…etc. I would like to see a more eco-friendly packaging as well.”

“Love them!!! Alot of flavors, some better than others but once you find the ones you love , your hooked!! My hubby was skeptical but now he loves them. We love the ice teas, lemon & orange..these actually help me drink more water..”

“I’ve been very disappointed with Waterdrop. I recently placed an order, received 2 items that weren’t as they were pictured on the website. I reached out to customer service to also mention how my previous order had a mistake too, and the customer service responder offered nothing to resolve the problem. My last two orders were also both delayed, so if you need orders in a timely manner, look elsewhere. I’ve been with Waterdrop for years and sadly I will no longer be a customer. Buyer beware!”

“Since I discovered waterdrop my life has changed, being able to have the opportunity to drink healthy and delicious tasting water. When I play sports it has helped me perform better and recover better after the game. The presentations and even the box where the containers come are an experience!!!”
