“This is a good flavor but I’m disappointed that the original flavors that brought me to Waterdrop have been discontinued. Vibe, Zen, etc. now all we can get is tea and berries. Just as boring as all the other options out there. Go back to your roots!”

“So far my experience has been wonderful! I love the products, they are of high quality. I love the unique designs of the bottles and love collecting them. The microdrinks are yummy and the customer service is responsive and super helpful! I also love the generous rewards program, and sales / promotions!”

“Great concept, some flavors seem to dissolve better than others. It takes some time, so please order plenty early. The website is very confusing and not user-friendly. Still not clear on how to use points.”

“terrible return/ exchange options. wanted a bigger bottle and had to pay for return shipping. because i wanted the bottle asap, i placed the order hoping that i would recieve the refund in cash but instead they offer a voucher?”

“I have ordered the Waterdrops multiple times now. I love love love them. I also ordered a metal water bottle this time and it is great. I can't drink water without putting in a drop now. I don't drink anthing else either now. This has helped me stay on track with my hydration needs.”

“My Advent Calendar was my first encounter with Waterdrop. I have to say I am thrilled to have found them! Great tasting beverage addition so I will drink more water. “I bought a Rainbow glass and Flair glass. this was our second purchase. The glass is great. The cover over the glass is fantastic.Slipping your hand the finger slot is the best. The glass cover is very ergnomic. the only problem is the cover on Flair glass does noy work. See photo attatched. Could you send me a replacement cover? I could not find anyway to communcate.”
