“I love this brand so much. It really does make hydration fun. The edition bottles are gorgeous, I get so many compliments. In the Texas heat, I never lead home without one of the steel bottles full of iced water and something refreshing like Vibe, Breeze or Shiro. The products seem expensive up front, but they offer a ton of sales, freebies, and have the most generous rewards point systems I've ever seen. I would say at least a 1/3 of my bottle collection was completely free.”

“This item is amazing! It’s smaller than I thought it would be but each square holds way more than 12. Makes up for its size. Very worth it. But as others have said, some comments going back to over a year ago. The stickers are not updated with anything past the original 10 Flavors. I understand not wanting to print 3 pages (if keeping the other languages). Maybe have a “pick your 9 flavors sticker sheet” (since there is only 9 squares) Of the 30 total stickers sent on the sheet I’ve used 4 and the rest of the sheet is being tossed out. But again. It’s a great product. And I guess they fixed the smell issue. I haven’t noticed any smell from the box.”

“I got hooked with Waterdrop in January 2023 and have gotten acquainted with all the flavors. They have a nice variety to accommodate various tastes and combinations. The rare time there is a shipping delay, Waterdrop has always been proactive with contacting me and even offering a token of appreciation for patience - namely, a code for a discount on a future order. I always enjoy some of the freebies Waterdrop includes when you hit certain price points. I also appreciate the point system to get products. Keep up the good work.”

“Love that these aren’t too sweet but have just enough flavor to make your water interesting. I bought a bunch of flavors to try them all out to figure out my favorites after getting a sample kit in a subscription box. I splurged on the ultimate hydration set and I’ve had a good time testing them all out. So far I really like all of them except the cola and the lime ones. The iced teas are my favorite. Free gifts with purchase were an awesome perk and they were so nice, definitely not throw-away items. There was also a holdup with the timely shipping of one of my orders and the company made it right without me even asking, so that speaks volumes for how they care for their customers. Will definitely be buying more when I get low!”
