“I have really enjoyed them and have placed a new order for a stainless steel bottle as well as the focus packet.”

“After waiting a month for my order and being assured that both of my limited edition Sakura bottles were finally on there way. I received my order only to get my package with out my bottles in it. There is no packaging slip and shipping boxs are alway so thin and never properly sealed. I always worry my boxes of drop are going to fall out during shipping. In this case all my boxed of drops, straws, and carafe made it safely. There is now way the two largest items fell out before anything else, they were never sent. Getting a response from waterdrop has been slow and most responses don't make any sense. The ones that do a auto generated. I am extremely upset at the lack of understanding the company it putting it to make this right for its loyal customers. Most have been offered a refund or point equal to there purchase. I am still struggling just to get what I paid for with little help from the company. Stuck sending emails and then waiting days to over a week for a response.”

“I love all the different flavors and put them into a jar just dump them all and pick one a day to a day I just really like the fact I don’t need to have plain water all the time and I’ve always drink a lot of water but this makes it more enjoyable thank you Christie”

“We love your products! My daughter recently had 2 brain surgeries followed by complications and a 22 day hospital stay. I was struggling to keep her hydrated because she was tired of water. The waterdrops have been a blessing. :) We all love the flavors. Do you offer these in bulk? That would be really helpful to our family.”

“I love these I can bring them anywhere I go. They taste great!!!!! I am not huge on vitamins and or vitamin waters most Of them are too sweet. These are the real deal not too sweet at all just vitamin with a just a hint of flavor.”

“I really like water drop and they are best served chilled. It helps me stay on top of my water intake because it's easier to drink with flavors. My husband likes the caffeinated ones and it has helped him to cut out some of his soda intake. The bottle shape is amazing. It isn't round but it isn't square either.”

“The 25th will make 3 months that I have been off all sodas! This is the LONGEST I have ever been off of sodas and I’m still going strong! I have actually been drinking more water which is unbelievable because I hate water. Waterdrop Microdrinks have made this so much easier! And I feel so much better! Also the rewards are awesome! I recommend anyone having problems drinking water to try them out! I never thought I could get in a real habit of drinking water. Thanks to waterdrops, I have! Between being off of sodas, drinking water, and going to the gym, I’m feeling great! I’m so glad I have created some better habits. Now to just start eating healthier. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Too bad Waterdrops doesn’t make food. 😂😢”

“Not happy with flavours. They sent all just sour. The bottles are expensive for just being a film picture of wood over stainless and the glass leaked. I will unfortunately return these and get some better ones at Nordstrom or something. Sad to waste my money shopping these back and forth. Plus they would not exchange my bottles they customer service. They only wanted to send me a cap after the pink water spilled in my new Tesla white interior. Ugh. Bad for business. Response is about 12 hours more or less. Sometimes 3 days later when going back and forth.”

“Overall, I am in love. But, the taste of Shiro was not good and I ended up giving it away. The bottle would also be better if you created a straw for it or lid that you can sip from.”
