“I really like the 12oz. cup for keeping my tea hot longer. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is it doesn't have a way to close the opening making it more spill resistant. I like the different flavors and I can't wait to try the new ones I just purchased. I should have gotten more of the ment tea when I ordered the last time, but I forgot.”

“I'm only giving it a 4 star because I was not a fan of the microdrinks. They taste like medicine. Although the bottle is beautiful and functional, the fizz does settle at the top of the bottle making the bottle look dirty inside inside. I'm not giving up though. I just ordered the microlyte and microenergey so we'll see!”

“I really love the Sky flavor I hope you keep it around. I'm not a water drinker and I got away from drinking it because I ran out of tabs being distracted by health issues and a funeral, but now I got a fresh batch and won't get distracted again. I even emptied all the tablets out into a clear storage container and mixed them up so I get a surprise every time I fill the bottle.”

“First, I do love Waterdrop Microdrinks. However, I purchased a Lucy back in November 2022. At first, it seemed like it did not record all of my drinks. Then in January 2023, it got worse, and I would be lucky if it recognized maybe 6oz consumed. I was having to manually add everything in the My Hydration app. I reached out to customer service, who in the past had been great. After much back and forth, with several videos of what was happening, the issue being escalated to the “Lucy smart cap experts”, their response was I wasn’t pressing the button on the cap to pair it. Are you kidding me? It has been showing “connected” the entire time. I’ve manually reset it. I’ve reset it via the cord. I’ve done everything they have told me to, and it still does not recognize 90% of my consumption. Do not waste your money on Lucy! Great concept, but they have majorly failed in execution.”
