Outstanding cleanliness around the place. Shower always nice and hot. A pleasant stay. Will certainly be back!

Was a really lovely place. Very peaceful and we had a relaxing time. Food in the Waveney inn was very good and all the staff across the site were friendly and helpful. Although we had a great time I am afraid we will not return due to the access road being so poor I have a scratch the full length of my car due to the narrowness of the road and a large bush sticking out.

The Farmhouse was very comfortable with a lovely garden backing onto stables, the children enjoyed seeing the horses. Sun shades and a BBQ in the garden would have been a useful addition. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, all facilities clean and well looked after. Had a very enjoyable morning out on the Bosun.

Fantastic time, lodge very comfortable and clean, hot tub excellent. Suggestions for improvement - more facilities in the lodge for drying towels and swimming gear. Will certainly recommend it

Peaceful location and wonderful setting. Waveney Inn food good, wide selection of food and well stocked bar. Boat hire on site was good although pretty expensive. Location of large rubbish bins around the site needs reviewing as far too close to the property we were in which meant in the hot weather the smell was awful in the garden we were in everytime somebody visiting or staying on the site opened the bins. Our 5 bed property was massive and a great open plan space for a large group. Shop at the centre needs to be better stocked as supermarkets are a distance away. Our garden was uncared for and let the property down. Seating in garden poor and very dirty, we had to try and clean it down on arrival. Hot tub needed chemicals each day but this was not done only done on arrival. Overall lovely place to stay and I am sure i will return.

I booked last minute wanting a luxury get away. Whilst the surrounding areas are beautiful and there is peace and tranquility, the lodge which was marketed as luxurious was run down and there was a lot of damage which meant it looked tired and run down. The hot tub was lovely and relaxing. The swimming pool was basic and the cafe/games area was very run down and old. We enjoyed two meals in The Waveney Inn. Good food and reasonably priced. The shop was reasonably priced too. For the price I wouldn't return as I believe there are better 5 star sites available. Overall a good break but my expectations of the site were not met.

I took my two granddaughters of seven and nine on a camping trip here. Not knowing how it would work out i had some trepidation. But no worries every thing we needed was on site and well kept. It was the girls first camping trip and they thoroughly enjoyed it, and are wanting to go again!

Loved the hotel, friendly staff, rooms were perfect clean and comfortable with great extra touches. Wonderful location on the River and enjoyed hiring the canoes. Loved the eco- friendly touches in and out of the hotel. Good pool and Inn for food.

A great campsite with all facilities within easy reach. A generous tent pitch right next to the marina. A well maintained level site, unfortunately the ground was baked so hard with the weather that getting the tent pegs in was a nightmare, standard peg hooks just bent over and only the really heavy duty ones would go in. Disappointed that the on site shop didn’t have spare pegs to sell as had ran out. The toilets and showers were good and cleaned regularly. Swimming pool was great for the kids, a £25 charge for a lost pass was a bit steep though. The pub sold a good selection of drinks , 9 of us had meals and it was generally very good. The fish and chips and burger meals were excellent. The pie and mash should of come with extra gravy though as too dry without it. The steaks and rib meals though were a little too expensive in my opinion. The reception staff were very polite and friendly. Overall a very professional site and would recommend and use again.

This place is wonderful, with very friendly people, surrounded by nature, set in beautiful countryside, perfect for our early morning runs, we had an excellent stay, the lodges are immaculate and with everything you could need (an electric kettle would be better than a hob kettle though) A well stocked shop on site and lovely food served in the Waveney inn, the hiring of a boat and sailing along the broads is a definite recommendation, I would come here again in a heartbeat, love love loved it! Thank you for a lovely break away

Lovely facilities, friendly staff, enjoyed a few nice meals in the Inn. Stayed in the Carlton Penthouse which has everything you need and is very spacious. Just one small point on the cleaning , the penthouse has a very long balcony , this could do with a deep clean, it’s very dusty and covered in birds mess, if I had my grandkids with me I would have had to clean it myself. If that is sorted for our next visit I would give it top marks . Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at the Waveney River Centre however we would have appreciated better communication about arrivals and access to facilities. Upon arrival the reception was closed and we received information from the pub but we weren't pointed out checkout time or code for the toilets which was confusing.
