“Very disappointed, effective but the star itself is squint, tried all angles but made no difference have had to use tape to so itās sitting right, glad I never paid full price and also at that donāt really think it was worth the money as it seems to be masking tape of some sort, wrapped round the frame, which was peeling away. My first and last buy from we are Christmas!”

“Not a great experience this time using WeRchristmas.
Ordered a 60cm pre lit wreath to replace last years that got damaged in storage. When the parcel arrived it was significantly smaller than the one ordered and had no functions. Checking the part number showed that they delivered a 47cm wreath!
Contacted customer services and had to go through a tranch of questions, upload pictures and then wait for their ādecisionā.
Finally they agreed that it was their fault. Apparently they were out of stock of the one that I ordered!!!
Then they told me to send it back and once received would issue a refundā¦ā¦of the price of the smaller one. Then when corrected, they didnāt want to refund delivery!
Honestly, it shouldnāt be so difficult. Problems occur of course, but I donāt expect such a drama.
I wonāt be using them again. Shame, as Iāve used them several times before. Maybe theyāre under new ownership?”

“Some of the items I could not use a little string of house lights were broken on arrival and the tree ā topper was far too heavy to use so it was also not used . The communication reā delivery was non existent I had to continually email to ask for updates so not a great first experience .”
“Wrong product received. No offer of a replacement. Item returned 3 days ago but as yet not even received an acknowledgement. Hoping for a speedy refund but not over optimistic.”

Will not use this company again. The first place we took the parcel to for return said the label was wrong which WeRchristmas had sent. The second place said it was ok. A lot of stress for an item which was sent incorrectly. A correct item was sent but no notice of it being delivered was received. Rubbish”
“Beware if you order gold!! This is not gold! The colour is more silver. I queried this and was told it was gold. It might say gold but the colour is not. Do not buy the colour gold.”
“I received a pre-lit spiral decoration after reasonable time. However it was not as advertised on the website. It was white not copper. I contacted the support team by email 3 times with no response. I rang once only to be told that the agents were engaged and the phone call was terminated by them. I wish I had read these reviews before!!”
