Had to order a plug after ordering two sets as it didn’t come with one, then I also had to order an extension as the plug cable was so short. Psid took money then cancelled the extension as out of stock so I have light I can’t use as too short to reach. Also I have to wait 10 days for refund. Not really happy as they were so expensive.

Christmas tree never arrived (Evri lost in transit) given a refund due to item out of stock. Wasn’t offered an alternative tree. Disappointed with my experience. Won’t be buying from this seller again.

Product (Christmas Garland) arrived well packaged and it’s a good product. The reason for the 2 stars is that I paid for one day delivery (£8.99) but arrived 5 days later. Still no answer after emailing their support department. (7 days)

Not really what I was expecting. They are a bit flimsy and one of the edges has broken. Not fitted outside yet but I’m sure from a distance they will look good

On the face of it seemed like good transaction. Online info great, order dispatched and arrived quickly and for the main part reasonably happy. However, I ordered a substantial volume of red berry connectable lights which arrived with a 10% failure rate. Online returns process non functional (many other customers report the same problem) and the Customer service team more interested in shuffling problem tickets around than actually helping resolve the issue. If you purchase and have problems, don't expect any help or refunds, only to write off the loss...

We ordered a tree which has got to be said, although quite expensive is good quality. Unfortunately that’s where the good experience ends. My personal details, as required when placing the order were twice mixed up with other orders and also added to other people’s accounts with names and addresses. In short my personal details were NOT SECURE or private and added to other accounts. When I requested that my details be removed from their records I received a curt message from “Morgan” which basically said, “well it was you who added them” I did explain I provided them because it was required. Good Xmas Trees but appalling GDPR processing followed by almost rude customer service. Unfortunately because of those reasons I would not recommend WeRChristmas to anyone who values their privacy

Gorgeous christmas tree, really realistic & I've had so many compliments. Baubles arrived with a number of the glass ones smashed per box (one significantly worse than the other!) which is disappointing as there were only a few in each box to begin with. Amazingly quick delivery time for the tree! baubles arrived a few days after.

Honestly mediocre quality but very heavy trying to get this straight on a tree was a fail. Ended up using it as just decoration in the house not made for the top of a tree.

Not really happy at all. While the delivery was very quick, i ordered the white bow not the gold. I have been sent the gold bow. I have emailed to get this sent back and noone has replied.

Bottom line - tree was fairly priced and good quality. However buying from the company can be a pain. The tree was shipped without a stand, any instructions or any electrical safety info. I had paid for expedited delivery as was going to be out of the country 4 days later. However, these things happen - informed customer services of the error. No apology given and poor communication, but stand was shipped out nonetheless. Incorrect delivery details were then provided on more than one occasion, causing headaches for me trying to co-ordinate while out of the country and arranging for someone to be at my address on 3 separate dates to rectify the company’s mistake. Electrical safety info was emailed to me in the form of what looks like a poorly photocopied photo of a booklet - would have expected to receive a physical copy along with stand (per UK law). Still no instructions provided. Lots of back and forth with customer services which was frustrating - often replying abruptly or with one word answers, not helpful. Asked for delivery fee to be refunded (this should have been a given) - but no other recompense or even a single apology received throughout the whole process.

The tree doesn't stand straight, as the bottom pole is set in concerte - at the wrong angle - thus making the whole tree tip forward - bit of a problem. Waiting on customer services, hopefully with a replacement bottom section.

Poor. Box arrived damaged. A number of baubles damaged. Made suggestion of partial refund offer- only option provided was full return. Not very customer focused as that’s not convenient.
