“My purchase arrived the very next day. Although.,it took a while to undo as it was so well wrapped . When I finally got to the Item I found it was slightly damaged, and although buckled too it still fitted my trailer so all was not lost. Whom ever wrapped my item will possibly need his/her eyes checked before sending out another item”

“my client has a new towed living van and on his first outing the umbilical was severed - I sought a way of repairing this and decided that a mating pair of 13-pin euro plugs would do the job. Selection on the western towing website was easy, though I had some qualms as to their compatibility - these were quickly put to rest when the goods arrived with commendable speed: the items were well made and the maypole packaging had a very useful pin allocation description: cutting back the cable and making connection to the pins and sockets of the mating pair was relatively easy and I now await my client's operational test to confirm a satisfactory solution. Thank you for providing such an appropriate remedy, and I have logged your website as an invaluable resource for future challenges of this nature.”

“The parts were not marked with the part number refered to on the invoice. I had to do some cross references on internet to find out which damper was which.”

“Two trailer board lights ordered and received the following day an excellent service. My experience with a PMG Thorpe Ltd junction box has been less satisfactory. The item has a moulded rubber body and plastic lid and relies on friction to retain the lid. Vibration, changes in temperature and moisture splash mean the cover is likely to become detached and there is no mechanical fixing to retain it. My cover is now missing and WT are unable to supply a replacement”

“The item that I purchased IE: a damper for my caravan. The item was delivered next day, and was easy to fit, once fitted did the job. Thanks Western Towing. P.S. I will definatly be coming calling if I ever need anything else.”
