“You have been most helpful with advice over the phone with a problem lock bracket and my question re the gas strut. Have received your return package today - many thanks for that. All is working well now, including the gas strut!! Full marks to you all. Peter Grange”

“A very efficient & professional service from the moment I entered the shop until my vehicle was returned to me. The shop owner/ manager was very polite & courteous at all times, explaining in detail the process and time to completion. The individual who fitted my tow bar gave me a full & comprehensive explanation of all the parts both fitted and removed. A great service that will certainly get my custom on future occasions.”

“Western Towing are a great service provider. Their staff are always very helpful both in sourcing the correct parts and providing advice. Orders are quickly processed and help is given if returns or canges are needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for trailer supplies and services.”
