“I ordered two pairs of these jeans - one I kept and sent the other back. I returned immediately which was 30 May 2026. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND! I was initially told to send proof of purchase and return. Then promised refund within 3-5 days. Still nothing! Someone had made an error I was told and it should be received within 2 days. Still not got refund! I am disgusted with Whistles tbh. Don’t buy anything that you may need to refund. Awful!!”
