It used to be a good brand. Now is an operational joke. Badly managed in every aspect, sizing, information, delivery, customer service. And fashion slightly on outdated side. Not what it used to be.

I purchase the majority of my clothes from Whistles. Sometimes I get it right but when I don’t I have the option to return. The design and quality is usually amazing.

I have come to expect great customer service from Whistles. So easy to communicate, great people and nothing is too much trouble. Returns are super easy, refunds are quick and reliable. Never had a problem that wasnt easily resolved and I buy a lot from Whistles. Honestly, cannot fault them.

The customer service required to do an exchange was pretty subpar, and so I kept an order I would have otherwise returned. It came with further defects which destroyed other pieces in my wardrobe.
