“I have started to order more and more recently from Whistles. Great quality. I only order via shop, as their customer service is very poor and never answers any emails. If have any issued, don’t expect to get them solved.”

“I have not received the bag, which should have been delivered on 12/31/2025. Beware that the following guarantee from Whistles' website may not be accurate if your order is to be shipped internationally: "The total amount you pay includes all applicable customs duties & taxes. We guarantee no additional charges on delivery." I have sent emails, used the chat feature, contacted global-e, and DHL to no avail.”

“I have bought two wonderful items now from Whistles, and being short I’m delighted they have a Petite range, and I have bought THE most divine dark plum long jersey dress from them, as well as the black jersey sparkle shirt. They both look absolutely amazing on.”

“Always good quality and a wide range of pieces. I wish the petite range was more extensive as at 5' 3' I always end up having pieces shortened and this adds quite a bit of extra cost.”

“Website: common. Styles: classic - boring. Quality: better than younger fast fashion high street brands. But not superior to other mature brands similarly positioned. Ie Jäger, Hobbs etc.”

“The Fern jacket is wonderful.. the quilted lining makes it warm but not suffocating and it’s definitely waterproof- just caught in a downpour! Lovely shape too. Also would like to thank the staff in the Kingston shop for their amazing customer service. Excellent.”
