“For the second time I have been sent a pair of revolting dirty trainers by Whistles, they could have been the first revolting dirty pair I returned a few months ago, used dirty packaging as week (same as with the first returned pair. I lodged this with Whistles but haven’t heard back yet. Also trainers online advertised with tan tab. No tan tab on either of the two pairs I have received. When I queried this with customer service they ASSURED me that they would arrive WITH tan tab. Trade misdescription Act methinks. I have been a loyal & frequent customer of Whistkes for some 40 years but it has gone right downhill now they have closed so many physical shops. Simply not what Rick & Lucille Lewin originally created. It used to stand out; sadly that is no longer true.”

“Unfortunately I had to return the ice blue Rosa tee shirt as needed a pale blue to replace my existing one which I have had for a few years. I also have the Rosa tee shirt in many colours .”

“I love Whistles clothing and would buy more if only they fit, as a petite (5ft) a lot of your items are far too long in the length and the waist line ends up at the hip. Please do more styles in petite. I tried this mini dress in the hope that it would fit as a knee length dress on me unfortunately it didn't and I had to return. The staff in my local store, King Street, Manchester are exellent, quick, efficient and very pleasant to deal with. A big Thank You to them.”

“I have’s received my order which included this cardigan and a pair of trousers. An email from a courier claimed to have delivered my package but I did not receive it. I have sent a message to your customer service team with the order number but am still waiting for a reply. And it’s impossible to get through on the phone.”
