“I have been a loyal Whistle’s customer for a number of years but this recent experience has been awful. My package of 6 items was split in two, I received one package with item and the other package had been lost in transit since 7th July. Customer service has been terrible - no one answering the phones / web chat or emails. I eventually spoke to someone who said I would be refunded and I’m still waiting! I’ve not been able to speak to someone again so I’ve raised a dispute with my credit card provider to get the money back. I don’t know what has happened but I will not be ordering from them again. Please avoid.”

“Was very disappointed with the dress because the two sides of the back at the zip were not aligned properly, giving a very lose/uneven appearance. Otherwise I liked the dress & so went to a dressmaker. I could have returned the dress but hadn’t the energy!”

“I never received my order, got a refund without requesting one and did not get back the money I paid for delivery, even though the delivery was never made. I contacted customer service for Whistles and got a message back from Hobbs saying they have no record of my purchase! What an awful customer experience”

“Ordered 4 July and paid for. Didn’t arrive at courier and still not arrived. Very poor response from Whistles. Tried to get a response on at least 3 occasions. Refund finally paid 21 July. Shan’t order on line again.”
