“I like the products - well made and good quality. My problem is that I am too old for most products but I still manage to find something. I use the Ilkley shop and find the staff on Fridays (they may work other days) particularly helpful and pleasant. How the staff interact with the customer definitely helps me in finding clothes that are suitable.”

“Unfortunately the online delivery service sent the wrong shirt. I rang my local store at Covent Garden (who had sent it out originally). They were very nice and put the correct shirt aside for me to exchange but when I got there, they had put the same incorrect shirt aside. Luckily they had the right one in my size so alls well that ends well.”
