“Whistles is now my 'go to' shop and website for clothes. I love the styles which are not 'over designed'. The quality of the clothes is good. The ordering & returns process is trouble free - I enjoy visiting the retail shops and the sataff are friendly and coureous.”

“Love buying whistles but will no longer purchase online as I was charged £20 postage to return dress. Ridiculous compared to other retailer’s online returns such as Boden, Mint Velvet, John Lewis, The White Company.”

“Usually great but not this time. I’ve emailed customer service on 6 January, shortly after I collected the bag. The bag had clearly been used, it wasn’t clean inside, had stains and the zip was broken. I haven’t heard back from customer service.”

“Nice colour grey denim and the material feels soft. I wanted a barrel shape but these are more in the normal category I.e. not very wide through the leg, and they are ankle length or even above. I’m 5’4” size 10 and a size 28 is just about right as there is a small stretch in the fabric. If you’re in between, size up. They are also high waisted. One disappointing feature is the zipper, feels kind of flimsy and cheap. If you had silver buttons it would look and feel like a more premium brand.”
