“I've ordered a coat on 10th December and paid for next day delivery hoping to get it by the 13th. Not only did it not arrive by then its STILL hasn't arrived and its now the 21st. Whistles and Evri have yet to provide any explanation as to why this item is still undelivered. I won't be ordering from Whistles again. Really disappointed.”

“I eventually received the dress after an order was mysteriously cancelled. The dress is great but I would not rate the customer service as no replies as to why my order was reversed.”

“There was an issue with my click and collect order, 20 days passed and there was no update, meanwhile there were sending me "Sorry it's delayed" emails. Eventually I had to contact them, the virtual assistant was sending automated responds - not relevant to my issue and then saying that there is noone available to help, closing the chat. I had to send 3 emails to eventually get an actual update (still didn't explain why that happened, they just told me it's at the store, and I could go pick it up) . A bit fraustrating online experience, felt like it could be simpler. The ladies at the store were lovely and helpful (they always are).”
